In her caption, she delivered the uplifting news:

“Ten years ago today, I began six months of chemotherapy after being diagnosed with Hodgkin’s lymphoma. Today, I am proud to say I am cancer-free, with four beautiful, healthy kids. Grateful for this journey and all that came with it.”

Her announcement was met with an outpouring of love from fans and fellow celebrities, many calling her an inspiration.

A decade on from her diagnosis, Tessa, 33, took to Instagram on Tuesday to share a series of images detailing her cancer journey.

“You are truly amazing and so strong!” one supporter commented, while another wrote, “Such a warrior! You faced it with courage, grace, and resilience.”

Tessa is married to former NRL star Nate Myles, and the couple share four children: Saynt, six, Jaguar, three, London, two, and their newest addition, born in July 2024. The pair tied the knot in 2011 and welcomed their first child in December 2017—three years after Tessa’s diagnosis.

Reflecting on her experience in a 2018 interview with Women’s Health Magazine, Tessa opened up about how cancer changed her life.

“Going through something like this strips you of everything—not just physically, but mentally as well,” she said.

Despite the challenges, she credited the battle with strengthening her family bonds.

“We’ve always been close, but this experience brought us even closer. They’ve seen me at my most vulnerable,” she shared.

Tessa has also spoken about her husband’s unwavering support, telling the Herald Sun in 2014:

“I have an amazing husband who has been by my side through it all. I feel strong, healthy, and incredibly grateful.”

Now, a decade after her diagnosis, Tessa is embracing life with her family and celebrating her journey of resilience and triumph over cancer.
