Prince Harry’s Visa Case Set for First Hearing Under President Trump

Prince Harry is set to face scrutiny over his visa status as a court hearing looms.

Reports indicate that the Duke of Sussex’s first court appearance under President Trump will take place after increasing calls for the case to be addressed.

In September, Harry secured a significant win when a judge ruled that his American visa records would remain private, despite efforts by the Heritage Foundation to have them released in an attempt to investigate any past drug use. However, a federal judge has now ordered Harry and his think tank to appear in court.

The hearing is scheduled for February 5 at 2 pm in Washington, according to the Daily Mail. This will be Harry’s first court appearance since returning to the United States, following the controversy surrounding his memoir Spare released in 2023, which put his visa status in question.
