Donald Trump was seen laying down the contents of the Oval Office letter shared by former President Joe Biden before leaving the White House.
The letter’s contents were made public for the country, insiders shared to ensure greater transparency.
The letter went on to state the following:
“Dear President Trump, As I take leave of this sacred office I wish you and your family all the best in the next four years. The American people — and people around the world — look to this house for steadiness in the inevitable storms of history, and my prayer is that in the coming years will be a time of prosperity, peace, and grace for our nation
May God bless you and guide you as He has blessed and guided our beloved country since our founding,” read the letter, obtained by Fox News.
The card was signed, “Joe Biden 1-20-25.”
The letter was found by the new president in his drawer at the Oval Office desk on Monday and Trump simply shared how it was a nice and pleasant change.
He said it was addressed to number 47 and considered it a great gesture on Monday and then on Tuesday simply called it nice when asked to comment on it.
Many expected him to share more remarks but it seems like Trump has other very important agendas on his mind including his long list of executive orders being issued left and right.
